Christmas Pysanky

Pysanky are traditionally written in the spring, but the same beautiful wax-resist method can be used to create winter and holiday-themed eggs. In this class, you’ll explore this centuries-old art form while learning how to adapt it for Christmas designs, such as snowflakes, trees, and festive patterns. Each participant can write up to three Pysanky, and you’ll have the option to turn them into ornaments to enjoy year after year. All supplies are provided—this is the perfect time to learn the technique so you’ll be ready to continue the tradition in spring.
